ABSTRACT

Idiopathic eruptive macular pigmentation is an uncommon condition characterized by the presence of asymptomatic pigmented macu-les that involve the face, trunk and proximal extremities in children and adolescents.

The lesions resolve spontaneous within months or a few years. We present here, four idiopathic eruptive macular pigmentation cases which diagnosed with history, clinical and histological findings, with ages varying from 25 to 50 years.
