ABSTRACT

Multiple trichoepitheliomas are an uncommon benign condition, the exact incidence of which is unknown. They are usually inherited multiple, skin-colored, slowly growing firm papules and nodules located mainly in the nasolabial folds, nose and upper lip, and less frequently on the neck, scalp and upper trunk. We present the case of a 23-year-old man with large, multiple, unordinary generalized lesions located on the scalp, forehead, medial cantus, glabella, nasolabial sulcus and inter scapuler regions. This case was non-hereditary.
