ABSTRACT

Keratoacanthoma (KA) is a fairly common keratinizing, squamous neoplasm.

The exact etiology of KA is unknown. However, ultraviolet radiation, trauma, chemical carcinogens, viral infections, immunosuppression, genetic factors, radiation and thermal burns have been accused of pathogenesis. In here, we represent an unusual huge KA arising from the previous reconstructed with split-thickness skin graft on the dorsal foot.
