ABSTRACT
Bullae occuring on the top of morphea is rarely reported. While most of these cases are named as bullous morphea, a rare clinical type of morphea, a few cases are described as bullous lichen sclerosus et atrophicus.
In this report, the interesting coexistence of these two diseases is underlined by describing a bullous lesion with compatible histology with lichen sclerosus et atrophicus on top of flexural morphea en plaque in a young female patient. (Turk J Dermatol 2011; 5: 61-4)
