ABSTRACT

Subcorneal pustular dermatosis (SPD) is an uncommon skin disorder characterized by chronic relapsing pustules.

Herein, we present a 2-year-old boy diagnosed with SPD based on typical clinical and histopathological findings. The patient showed a chronic course with milder severity of short lived recurrences after completely recovering following five months of oral acitretin therapy.(Turk J Dermatol 2010; 4: 84-7)
