ABSTRACT
Tuberculosis is still among one of the major community health problems worldwide, even today. Tuberculosis verrucosa cutis (TVC) is a rare form of cutaneous tuberculosis that is caused by direct inoculation of Mycobacterium tuberculosis through open wounds or abrasions of the skin in sensitive individuals and is rarely seen in Turkey. The disease is usually seen in certain occupational risk groups and is localized on the hands. In this article, the case of a 35-years-old veterinary was presented as clinical and histopathological diagnose of TVC is rarely seen.
