ABSTRACT

Inflammatory linear verrucous epidermal nevus (ILVEN) is a rare disease, occurring mostly at birth and adolescence, presents as erythematous and verrucous papules, which are pruritic and arranged in a linear array. Adult onset of the condition is very rare. ILVEN is a treatment-resistant disease. The lesions of the patient were presented at the age of 30 years and they were clinically and histopathologically consistent with ILVEN disease. Patient was treated with topical agents successfully. We presented the case since adult onset of ILVEN was seen rarely.
